Luke 21:23, Matthew 24:19, and Mark 13:17. Jesus said "Woe to them that
give suck in those days!"
But that would inclukde women and babies; in fact, they would be the biggest groups.
So what's your point?
Hey, ignoramus! There was no Catholic Church until 200 years after Jesus was gone. Jesus never renounced Judaism.
It's a prophecy.
(It may have been written down after the event
happened, and technically before there was a
"Catholic" church if you're correctly ignoring
any claims about St Peter in that direction,
but it's a prophecy.)
However, other translations refer clearly to
"pregnant women and nursing mothers". I'm
surprised if the real Jeanne Douglas would
touch this, even to rebut the fellatious
interpretation of a (not necessarily)
On which I'll also say: don't suck, in fact,
or don't suck hard, or you may cause serious
injury. Also important, don't blow.
